Our Facilities

The apartment is on the ground floor with outlooks west towards Claife Heights and north towards the Fairfield Horseshoe and the Langdales. All windows open, and there is a French window with Juliet balcony for fresh Lakeland air.

The main bed is a king size double, with two bedside tables each with lamps and chargers. A sofa bed can add a further double, so the apartment sleeps up to four guests.

Includes a heated mirror and a modern multi-function shower with five different shower sprays, including a waterfall.

Fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave and all utensils and crockery needed for your stay, plus an espresso coffee machine.

A fire alarm system is in place, with an up to date inspection certificate and safety certificates for fire extinguishers and gas installation.

Children of all ages are welcome, though no high chair or cot is supplied. Dogs are permitted provided they are kept off furniture and the grounds are not used as a dog convenience.
